Timothy J. Gough, CMB
President
Tim is the president of First Republic Mortgage Corporation. His responsibilities
include providing vision, focus and executive management services to the network
of origination offices located in Annapolis, Potomac, Ocean City, and Waldorf, Maryland;
and Bethany Beach, Delaware.
He has 21 years of mortgage banking experience with nationally recognized companies
and is a recipient of the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage
Bankers Association of America, the highest certification awarded a member of the
industry. The CMB designation signifies superior knowledge, understanding, and competency
in residential and commercial real estate finance and a commitment to excellence
and high ethical standards.
After earning a B.A. degree in Economics at the University of Maryland in 1983,
Tim moved to the Annapolis area where he currently resides with his wife Lori and
their three children.

Tom Lizzio
Sr. Vice President
New Construction Division
Tom combines 15 years of mortgage banking and home building experience and currently
serves as Senior Vice President and New Construction Consultant for First Republic
Mortgage Corporation. He has been instrumental in numerous building projects and
is no stranger to "good old fashioned hard work."
He holds the respected NHSP (New Home Sales Professional) designation earned through
advanced education and certification by the National Association of Home Builders.
At FRMC, Tom has carefully staffed a Mortgage TEAM that will support you throughout
the entire process. Tom and his staff provide the knowledge, communication and loan
products necessary for a successful closing while ensuring total peace of mind.

Joseph B. Grinder II
Director of Mortgage Operations
After attending college in Ohio and moving to the Washington, D.C. area, Joe, like
many operations managers, started his mortgage career as a loan processor. After
a few years of working in processing, he quickly moved up the ladder on the operational
side of the business. Trained as an underwriter and compliance auditor, he eventually
transitioned into more advanced roles. Over the next few years he held management
positions with several local mortgage bankers.
In January 2004, he joined the Carl M. Freeman Assoc. (CMFA) team as the Operations
Manager for Coastal Community Mortgage. After CMFA’s successful acquisition of First
Republic Mortgage Corporation in January of 2005, Joe was named Director of Mortgage
Operations. Joe uses his vast knowledge and previous experience to ensure that FRMC
continues its history of outstanding customer service.
A native of Texas, he balances work with an active family life. Joe is an avid volleyball
player and is always involved in some form of home renovation. He lives in Broadlands,
Virginia with his wife Michaela and their children, Kaitlyn and Timothy.

Nancy Roeder
Corporate Operations Manager
Nancy has worked in Business Management Operations for the past 20 years in various
industries and has been with First Republic Mortgage Corporation for 3 years. She
reports directly to the President of FRMC and her current responsibilities cover
the areas of Executive Administration, Investor Relations, Company Licensing and
Office/Facilities Management for all locations. In addition, she serves as IT Liaison
with outside vendors, HR Liaison and Company Event Director..
To manage her multiple responsibilities at FRMC, Nancy relies on her strong accounting
and procedural development background. She maintains oversight of all operations
in various departments to ensure consistency with established business practices.
Nancy is also tasked with developing and implementing business operations policies
to ensure compliance in our main office and all branch locations. She is responsible
for the coordination of the startup of new branches and strives to improve efficiency
and reduce costs within the business operations.
