your efforts.
I also want to commend your assistant, Karen Benfield, for all of her help in getting
the “dirty work” done on our loan. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and
courteous throughout the process. She kept me informed and also answered all of
my stupid questions, without making me feel like they were stupid. Even when we
had the “hiccup” with the initial title company , she took responsibility for getting
everything straightened out even though it wasn’t her fault. Those are the kind
of people I like to work with. That’s not typical of the customer service I’m used
to seeing nowadays, but she obviously takes pride in making sure the job is done
right.
