from extended rate locks to construction deadlines; from making sure the money is
there when the project phase is completed; to the different borrower profiles that
come with purchasing a new home.
FRMC offers acquisition, development and construction financing as well as construction-permanent
financing for the borrower. Tom Lizzio, Sr. Vice President of FRMC, heads our new
construction division. Tom’s experience combines 15 years of mortgage banking and
homebuilding experience. Tom’s expertise is evident in all of our mortgage advisors’

- We will keep you updated with a weekly status (within privacy regulations) of your
borrower’s application.

24 hours prior to closing if the settlement is conducted with one of our affiliated
title/settlement companies.
- We will honor our lock-in commitments in writing and will diligently pursue an underwriting
commitment within the allotted time in the contract.
