FRMC advisors believe that a mortgage is the cornerstone of
a client’s overall financial foundation. As a result, we are pleased to work with
financial advisors to determine the best loan program for our mutual clients. During
initial consultations, we ask our clients if they have a financial planner (in fact,
the question is scripted in the first page of our loan application). If the answer
is no, not only do we suggest that they get one, we refer them to one of our professional
partners – a financial advisor just like you.

If you refer a client to
FRMC, this is our partnership pledge to you:
- We will treat your client with dignity, respect and courtesy at all times.
- We will keep you updated with a weekly status (within privacy regulations) of your
borrower’s application.
- We commit to meeting deadlines mutually agreed upon and guarantee a settlement sheet
24 hours prior to closing if the settlement is conducted with one of our affiliated
title/settlement companies.
- We will honor our lock-in commitments in writing and will diligently pursue an underwriting
commitment within the allotted time in the contract.
