Craig is a charter employee of First Republic Mortgage Corporation (FRMC) and serves as Branch Manager. He is presently an active member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, the Waldorf Lions Club and a Board of Director of the Lions Eye and Tissue Bank. Craig is also a co-founder and current President of the Southern Maryland Referral Network. Craig is a perrenial member of the FRMC "President's Club", an achievment that distinguishes the top loan officers in the company.

Mr. Gough is a 1991 graduate of the University of MD earning a B.A. in Criminology and a minor in Psychology. Craig was also recently inducted into the DeMatha Catholic H.S. Athletic Hall of Fame as a member of the 1984 Championship Football team. He graduated tops in his class.

Craig resides in Southern Maryland with his wife Marcie and two sons, Ryan and Connor.
